It’s a spacious holiday home with a larger double bedroom, plenty of seating in the lounge area, plus centrally heated and double glazed throughout. T
here are smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm fitted and appliances are gas certificate tested.
The caravan is ideally sited away from the road and the lake, so is perfect if you have children in your party.
Kitchen - Full inventory of utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. Microwave. Toaster, Kettle, Cooker with gas oven, grill and hob. Full size fridge freezer.
Dining Area - Dining table with bench style seating and 2 stools.
Lounge Area - Large seating area with fold-out double bed. Electric fire. Flat screen 32” TV with Freeview. DVD player. Mirror.
Bedrooms (x3) - 1 large double with fitted wardrobe & drawers, dressing table area with mirror and stool, and 2 twin rooms with fitted wardrobes.
Shower Room - Shower with enclosure. Toilet. Wash basin, cupboards and mirror.
Additional Ensuite Cloakroom - Toilet. Wash basin.
Outside - Exterior light. Rotary dryer. Patio area with wooden picnic table.
Outside store with lock - this is handy to store bikes, scooters, push chairs, beach equipment etc.

Duvets, waterproof mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors are supplied, together with duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets. Beds will be made up ready for your arrival. (If you need to use our Travel Cot you will need to bring your own cot linen).
There is an iron, ironing board and clothes airer supplied for your use.
There is also a Travel Cot, Highchair and Bed guard supplied for your little one.
